Jim oversees all laboratory functions at GOLDEN, including Quality Assurance, Research & Development, and the Custom Lab. He ensures our products and processes conform to the highest standards, and leads research and development efforts involving innovative new product formulations. He also assists the Custom Lab in working one-on-one with artists to make unique products to meet their needs.
